Coming from a medical career background, I know the juggle between life, self-care, and career. It seems like our career gets most of us, leaving little time for life then even less time for self-care! Neglecting your self-care has to stop... I know this first-hand cause I ended up in the hospital. And noooo not in regards to my yoni care, but because I let stress get the best of me. Anywho, let's get back on track... Here are 5 Quick Tips:
Tip 1: Morning Routine with Yoni Care Soap - Starting your day with your yoni soap then yoni oil aka ph-balancing besties, you are already set-up for success for your long shift! (I keep one yoni oil at home and the other in my locker)
Tip 2: Quick Midday Refresh - For those days (yesss we all have them!) you're needing some extra "help"... grab a drop or 2 of yoni oil (hopefully you took my advice and have a bottle in your locker) to keep fresh and confident.
Tip 3: Evening Wind Down - Taking a bath to relax after a long shift can do the trick to help wind down. Depending on my mood, I like to use one of my bath soaks or throw in my yoni bath bomb. All are formulated just right to help maintain that pH, cause we do not need to add extra stress to our lives!
Tip 4: Hydration and Nourishment - I know we all love our "Stanleys" or whatever bottle that holds our drink of choice... whatever your bottle looks like, just make sure you are keeping hydrated!! I love throwing in different kinds of fruit, and maybe some mint and cucumber to help detox.
Tip 5: Incorporate Relaxation Techniques - Ok... this is tough for me! I try to do breathing exercises in the morning and during times I get stressed. Giving yourself a time of day (or night for us graveyard babes) to just sit there, close your eyes, and breathe for 5min will help feel a sense of calm. Like I said this is hard for me too, but you owe it to yourself those 5min!
Ok, that's it!! I think no matter how busy your schedule is, you can fit these 5 tips into your routine. Let me know your fav from our our Yoni Care Collection!!
We are transparent here and will always be respectful, I encourage you to be the same :) Until next time 💗
